Christopher Toth Strategy Properties in Detroit

G'Day everyone,Just wanted to chime in here quickly with my 0.02 Aussie cents.I've been running a turnkey company called Ohio Cashflow for the last 5 years and "have been around the block" when it comes to the various turnkey operators in the country. For those that don't know what goes into running a successful turnkey operation I would strongly encourage you to visit Mike and Al at Strategy Properties in Detroit. There are many ups and down with turnkey and there are many moving parts with a true turnkey company (All aspects are in-house as in PM, rehabs, etc...)It can be a very unrewarding job at times because it's hard to keep everyone happy.Investors, tenants, contractors, employees, etc...I have witnessed Strategy Properties operation first hand and I have nothing but praise.I look up to what they have achieved and hope that one day my company can be as sophisticated as theirs. As for Mike Jordan the owner. He is not just a gentleman but also a true professional. He has high ethics and he always has his investors best interest at heart (This is hard to find in todays day and age of turnkey companies). That's it from me and I suggest you reach out to Al or Mike and have a chat as you have nothing to loose and all to gain.Your favorite DingoMe :)
