I have lots of witnesses on the condition of the property and consulted a lawyer today.

If they can't fulfil their end either deal w/ it or move fwd w/ eviction and find someone who will.

It is about an employee who witnessed an incident and had to testify on what she observed.  

Think about what your damages (provable in $$$) are and who might be the witnesses you would need to call to prove your case.
