I recently bought a house in an upset tax sale in an HOA Wild Acres community in Pike County, PA.I'm told by the HOA that they are entitled to collect up to 4 years of delinquent hoa fees and interest, and I'm being billed monthly interest on that balance, and I'm not entitled to the amenities of the community until I pay the balance. 

Generally it does require beer to clean them as well when we're there.Not a STR rental story, but I was elbow deep cleaning a wild turkey I had shot one morning in high school. 

I have a rental I can sell for 400k in this wild market.
