I am considering using Turo to rent out and hack my vehicle for some extra CF.

IRA is a retirement account, it is tax-deferred vehicle and regardless of what investment you buy in your IRA - it will not affect your personal tax situation. 

Since cash flow has been tight and can't plan that far ahead, right now, the workaround to save the 6 business days  (which is often 8 real dasy) is for my management company to email me a check draft that I deposit to LCNB with mobile.

I have had my eye on some upcoming tax auction properties, mostly to watch and learn from the process, but if they go for the right price I may try to bid.Anyway, I am trying to do my due diligence stuff ahead of time both for practice and so I feel comfortable bidding up to a pre-determined limit... but I want to make sure I'm understanding everything right.1) Tax DEEDS - I've been searching a lot on these forums and it seems like there's more about liens than deeds, but in Idaho, it seems they do tax deed auctions.

I own an LLC and I was thinking IF this actually went ahead, I would assume into the LLC.

If its a trailer on the street it must be connected to the tow vehicle. 

I also want to be somewhat methodical as I know I have a tendency to get a little info and just run with it and it has bit me in the *** before with other purchases (vehicles). 

Is it best to go ahead and take it all now vice later?
