I know the actual cost can vary by location, property type, and provider, but I'm wondering if anyone has a solid set of rule of thumb they use when crunching numbers for a quick analysis?

I would focus on securing a deal, figuring out what type of financing you want to use, then go forward from there.

- With what the home currently looks like, I feel like it's unlikely that the property has passed any type of city inspection, but the current owner disclosed that it has passed all city inspections.

What type of investment are you hoping to add (str, ltr, flip, etc)?
