If full disclosure is given it's on the buyer to make the decision if it's an add for their portfolio or not.I have learned being in real estate as a broker/agent for 11 years that at any day at any given time there is some buyer that will see treasure where others see trash.There are some properties for commercial where a client tells me they want 7% cash on cash annual return and others want 15%.
