I know the nyc market can be really tough so I'm looking into the pa market (possibly philly, scranton, or allentown) for a few reasons. 1 reason is because these locations aren't too far for me to travel (2hours away max) and I'm planning on managing the properties myself. 2nd is because of the markets I've found i believe have some untapped potential (the scranton area especially).
