The other property management company that I’ve used before in another area does an excellent job of managing thousands of units with all the systems in place, but the problem with them as we’re not price sensitive when it comes to repairs.  So with them and make sure that they get three bids on a job and I review and I decide what I want to fix and what I don’t based upon inspection reports. So we have to know their strengths and weaknesses so you can effectively manage the manager.

The difference is your APR sensitive fee's that are being financed into the loan amount.And temporary interest rate buy down before closing, and paying down principal after closing are two totally separate things.Have you got some numbers, so we can see them side by side?
