Hello All,After running my own business services firm in Tempe for the last five years, we finally brought in a team of younger (and, admittedly, smarter) executives to run the day to day operations, so that has now become a passive investment for me.

I guess this isn't the worst thing in the world, but the inspector said the AC would probably need to be replaced in the next couple of years, and from what i read, this temp differential is satisfactory but so close to being unsatisfactory.  

I have documented proof that in January alone my partner and I had a potential net profit of $200,000 walk away because we don't have a propper tem in place.
