I am inclined to go with the happy customers theme.

One common theme that I want to dispell that I repeatedly see is this statement.

Go for a clean and easy to clean design but add unique, locally themed pieces that make a wow factor. 

I've heard of "placester" which uses Wordpress theme with some plugins.
