Get a pro to set up your articles of organization and other docs, and once you're familiar with the process you can start drafting the paperwork on your own.

I need to find a system that helps me organize all the work from beginning to end ...I have a lot of information in my head and I do not know where to start...

However, by the end of 2014, I was helping to organize a Real Estate meetup in Seoul with people I had met through BiggerPockets, had connected with @Joshua Dorkin, @Brandon Turner, and numerous other BP bloggers who came on as guest of our meetup, and had made my first real estate investment in Florida, a state I had never visited with partners I had met online.If you ask me how was able to do all that – the simple answer is hard work.But the hard work actually started in 2013, before I was even thinking about real estate.

For me, the US market has been great because as you say, Luca, there are tons of resources for finding out information about properties and technology makes it much easier to find people to work with, etc.I help organize a meetup out here in Korea - the Seoul Real Estate Investing Meetup.

Some of my non real estate friends don't like sports either. 

That is why there are so many shared homes.1 hour away from full weekends of sport, dentist,  friends is like moving to another state and the gas costs don't help. 

In New Orleans I was on the board of one of our neighborhood organizations, and when approached by Whole Foods they let us know there were requirements for parking, average income, and traffic. 

I actually work in a university maintenance organization so I have access to guys who are licensed in HVAC, plumbing, elect, etc and the HVAC guy recommended to match everything up.
