You should get a couple of General Contractors to visit the property with you to assess the damage and feasibility of restoration.

Makes sense--I was thinking more in terms of doing jobs for customers (I am both an real estate investor and own a restoration & construction company).

I said fine, but if/when they move out, they will need to pay to restore the wall to the original condition.

The est. value of the property with it restored condition is around 600k.

If the weights are gone or have fallen down past where you can reach them, they are often available at scrap dealers or Habitat ReStore.

I went with the Steve Vaughan Habitat Restore method for this one.
