I have a buddy who recently got promoted and his income went up dramatically.

The common perception is that to advance your skills, gain a promotion, start a business, or even transition into another type of career would require going back to school to learn more, when in many cases a significant amount can be accomplished through self-study and taking action to develop skills.  

What happens when you get a promotion or a new job, or break a leg (or just scale up to more properties) a year or two from now and you can no longer self-manage?

Looks like a number of people Posting in Market Place are violating the posting limits because, I see some of the same people promoting the same product or service very day or not more than every other day

If you put in mini-splits and can promote the efficiency, you'll be able to keep rents closer to what you get with you paying for heat, and you will also be able to offer air conditioning in the summer months.

Secondly, I wanted to keep my post intentionally vague in order to not sound like I was promoting something so BP wouldn’t take my post down.

If I don't do this, and I work up the ladder in corporate I'll only get promoted but have less time with each promotion to be with my family and friends.

A little off topic, but how many of you actively promote these elements of your leasing process when you are marketing a property?
