Pairing a regular landlord policy with a daily or "per rental" policy doesn't work, as that's still not what your landlord policy is designed / rating the risk for (if / when they find out, you'll get cancelled or non-renewed pretty quickly).It's similar to the uber / lyft / rideshare insurance in that you really want to make sure you have a policy that is intended to cover the exposure.  

Direct and brokered are just a pair of distribution channels, each with their own costs that are ultimately passed on, unique to that distribution channel. 

I had a lender pair up with me and he buys the gift card and I give him the information.

I NEVER hear from my other renters (just the way I like it) and it just seems this pair are under the impression I live to make them happy.

I should mention that I’m looking for ONE ticket...so if someone finds a pair to buy and gets stuck with one other ticket, I WILL TAKE IT!

How much would cost them to either go to laundry mat or buy a used pair?
