I’ve actually co-owned w my mom for most of the last decade but am exploring options w friends and am just wondering how many others are out there that have either done it or thought about. 

I know an LLC is not necessary to invest in rental properties, but I’ve decided this would be a better option for me in the long run.

Or give the tenant and option to opt in or not?

With rising rates and tighter lending criteria, finding creative financing options has become a major focus for me and many others in the community.
