It is just a way to keep alive companies like Airbus or Boeing, and to prevent the global collapse of the stock markets.

They also look at GCF (Global Cash Flow) which looks at your personal financial stmt, credit score, taxes, w2's. 

To me, it feels like you're taking a micro view (looking at the CRE market as the thing, rather than the global economy).

Global companies move executives around the globe.

And trust me, however Trump, corona virus, etc. may feel weird today, China becoming the global leader will make that all feel rather quaint. my2c on the future :)

You guys are so doom and gloom, come on man, the fed (that caused all this btw) is going to save EVERYONE, Banks, credit unions, trust and mortgage companies, investment banks, underwriters, brokerage firms, hard money lenders, stock speculators, the airline, auto, restaurant,hotel, bar, retail, casino, and travel industries,money market funds, the repo market, the global fx market, the stock market (direct purchases soon), the bond market, the derivatives market (oop's sorry ronin capital), consumer spending (helicopter money only 3 weeks away), your local bowling league and oh yea, air bnb.Don't worry the largest financial event of our lifetimes, BY FAR, will be over in a jiff and you will be rested and ready to get back to work!

Hi we are looking into financing options in the US as foreign investors and came across America Mortgages and their parent company Global Mortgage Group, but I can't find many reviews.
