Lenders for Foreign Investors/Non-US Residents

Hi we are looking into financing options in the US as foreign investors and came across America Mortgages and their parent company Global Mortgage Group, but I can't find many reviews. It seems like a good company, so I was wondering if any one has used them and what their experience has been.? Also, if you have any lenders or mortgage brokers that you can recommend for foreign investors, please do share.

@Sessalli Obasuyi

I don't know about this company but what you will find is that most FN programs will limit you to 60-65LTV.  I work with a lender who goes up to 75LTV for their FN and Foreign Investor programs.  Finding a broker is probably your best bet.

Cheers!
