Still, with the current administration about all they have succeeded marvelously at is doing nothing but creating a lot of flying fur and spitting so I don’t see the legislation becoming a reality. 

Wearing my investor hat, my biggest challenge in 2017 is to successful complete my current flip on budget and then selling it in a timely manner securing a nice profit. 

I am a person with many talents, wear many hats and continue to educate myself in order to be an entrepreneur.
