Hello,

My name is Raina Wells, MSIS(Masters of Science in Information Systems) and I am a Realtor/Investor.  I am a person with many talents, wear many hats and continue to educate myself in order to be an entrepreneur.  Currently, I am seeking to expand my financial freedom by raising money to fund various projects.  I have done a lot of homework in the Dallas area over the years and I have my processes set up, a contractor ready to go, title company etc… I just need money.

I really want to try crowdsourcing and would like for someone to guide me through the process.  I know to well how much work this all can be so the last few months have been setting up a flow.
