My home town is in the heart of the Eagle Ford and I’ve watched things change literally overnight with the fluctuating price of oil.

No matter how I feel personally when handling business you have to take your heart out of it and know what to expect.

I only enter partnership agreement where either (1) I have long and successful business relationship with the other party or (2) we have an agreement whereby I control all decisions.Here's my deal, I don't want someone else, who may or may not have my best interest at heart voting on MY money.  

You can then remodel to your hearts content as long as you or your contractor follows the EPA RRP rules. 

Any advice on how to mitigate political hostility (besides voting with my head instead of my heart...😉)?
