In the same way, you can start a real estate portfolio by watching Youtube or listening to the BP podcasts.So in the same way, 99.9% of BP members will say it's crazy to pay a real estate guru $10,000 to learn when BP is free and you can learn a lot of stuff from $20 eBooks or free books at the library.But if I can get not just some new know-how but also the systems, the know-who and branding from a real estate guru, I will gladly pay thousands, or tens of thousands of dollars because I know I can make MILLIONS of dollars from the know-how, the systems, the know-who and the branding.BUT, that's just me.
