If you're not a big physical book reader, try audiobooks or ebooks.

E-books, a book, a podcast, and a lot of social media postings will help you get guest spots on lots of other podcasts.

In the same way, you can start a real estate portfolio by watching Youtube or listening to the BP podcasts.So in the same way, 99.9% of BP members will say it's crazy to pay a real estate guru $10,000 to learn when BP is free and you can learn a lot of stuff from $20 eBooks or free books at the library.But if I can get not just some new know-how but also the systems, the know-who and branding from a real estate guru, I will gladly pay thousands, or tens of thousands of dollars because I know I can make MILLIONS of dollars from the know-how, the systems, the know-who and the branding.BUT, that's just me.

Hello K .Marie I recently downloaded an ebook (Gonzo) that was based on the subject 2 concept, but I got stuck on how to tie the property up while talking to the note holders about buying the note or lien at a discount.

We both have been researching what type of real estate investing to get us started by reading books, looking up information online, listening to webinars, watching videos, online forums, and ebooks.

I’m not going to get into whether you should or shouldn’t try to hard-sell people in this e-book, only that there’s an easy-to-confront way of promoting yourself without having to ask others to give you anything.

For those demanding success rates I'd like to see the same information from the posters here that sell information/ebooks etc. right here.
