That TARGET motivated sellers , and that have motivated sellers do all the work finding you and contacting you, not the other way around.I can see you are set in your ways, but I will propose this.If you don't step up, your competitor will and they WILL destroy you.

As 7 time Superhosts with multiple PLUS listings and a handful of properties we seem to get far better visibility than a fresh profile/listing so I would think that brings tremendous value to a fledgling listing especially with over 8500 competitors.
