For this project we decided the ADU will be accessed from the alley, going with the minimum setback off the alley since there's hardly any thoroughfare traffic and that left the largest buffer between the two units / tenants.Services such as mail and deliveries, trash pick-up - your mailman, ubereats, amazon delivery driver probably isn't going to walk all the way around the alley to deliver to your ADU.

Freight is volatile and late deliveries are blowing-up construction schedules. 

From design to delivery we can do it all.

They often simply don't answer their phones, delivery was delayed twice, and when they finally delivered it was the wrong color dishwasher, which took another two weeks to sort out.  

FURTHER RESOLVED, that any and all acts heretofore taken or documents heretofore executed and/or delivered by any member of this LLC in furtherance of this transaction approved by this Resolution are hereby confirmed and adopted as the duly authorized acts and agreements of this LLC to the same extent and effect as if this Resolution(s) had been adopted prior to the taking of any such action or the execution and/or delivery of any such documents.           

I have new stainless steel appliances that I bought and paid for in June, after 4 revised delivery dates are maybe scheduled for October.   

Not with your vote per se, but with your delivery, intention and goal of that response.OK so let me make that response mean more for everyone involved here.Here are my leads that came in yesterday.Now I will say..

Not overly experienced but 100% trustworthy and handled a lot of the little details like light carpentry and trim work, deliveries, punchlists, etc.
