@David Paul  The loan is through Navy Federal credit union, I have a decent sum of cash, job that pays well and a high credit score, so, my credit union was eager to assist with my first mortgage loan.

I thought ,Perhaps since it is across the street from Bicentennial which have town houses that use to be for Cecil Field Navy housing, perhaps we could convince them the change is worth it to build a few apartments there, with the large amount of sudden growth coming to the area.
