Sure I'll make more off 2 tenants over 1, but I was just curious if the added expenditures of the additional tenant might begin to make the additional cash flower seem less worthwhile.I will be managing my own du/tri plex for now... that will be a piece of cake.

. $55k for $900/month is very respectable and if the B has the potential to become an A down the road is just icing on the cake. 

To break into the asset/networth class is not a cake walk.

I personally worked on originating a ton of business from mortgage brokers within the New York Metropolitatn Area.Banks like Wachovia, Indymac, WAMU, and World Savings sold these option arms like hot cakes when the market was doing well!

It seems like they want to have their cake and eat it too.

We like the cash flow as it is good, but man that appreciation is icing on the cake!
