@Babu Ramadoss A lot of people are probably heading for the sidelines right now and not pulling the trigger so that may open up opportunities to get into something that might have gotten swarmed with offers before this all started.

On future deals, if you're considering LLC, I would consult an attorney because traditionals loans from GSEs won't allow it and if you try to Quit Claim into LLC it can trigger Due on Sale Clause!

We'll get out of this and move into recovery, then expansion, and then something will happen to trigger another recession.
