Wholesaling in New Jersey

I’m 23 and just getting into real estate and need to use wholesaling as means to build up starting capital. I have done endless research and am ready to pull the trigger. I’ve come to understand that networking is the most valuable part of this game. Therefore I’m reaching out to any investors in central/south jersey buyer/seller/lender and asking for a moment of your time to talk about what’s planned and how to get there.

Wholesaling has been developed into a controversial method and has been negatively perceived by many. I want to do this the right way and help as many people as possible on the way.
