I'm trying to take the approach of avoiding a "can't do" and more a "how to do it".As a starter, I have gotten some education in real estate investment a couple of years ago but wasn't able to nail a deal then.Here is my situation:Me and my family live in a house we bought in 2010 in Miami, FL.

About 350 miles away I found a store that had a lot of them, so I got online and ordered 50 squares plus roof wrap, ice gard, plastic cap nails, roofing nails, etc.

I am only saying be very careful and nail down your timeline, cost of money, utilities, and all holding costs as well as your exit price and the cost to get it to its highest market value.
