Ultimately, I have been an entrepreneur for over 20 years and it was the best decision I ever made to ditch working for someone else.

I give him credit for helping people who are unable to manage their money however he is bad news for entrepreneurs :)

Become an "Amway entrepreneur!" 

As an entrepreneur, builder, business owner, or realtor, you should know locations, sectors, and companies of where to target. 

The least valuable asset they leverage is the cash we put in there...that's why it gets the lowest return to us....and all of those entrepreneurs you mentioned leveraged and borrowed like crazy.
