What a refreshing first day on Bigger Pockets, I'm used to online video games where most online communities are toxic.

Purchased multiple homes ( owner Occ only ) looking too jump into y first property , learn from mentors , info , books , videos etc. hoping too meet locals open too sharing info with motivated Neg.

Should be plenty of videos & tutorials on youtube to show you how to use these functions. 

Since then I got engaged, moved in with my fiancee, and looking for that next deal to keep on with my buy-and-hold goals.Thank you all for contributing as much as you do!

Generally, I think they take better care of my property because they know I own it and am engaged about managing the relationship. 

I watch YouTube videos and research all the time but actually seeing someone doing it makes a big difference.
