For me though, I prefer keeping everything separate...if for no other reasons than I let the bank statement do most of my accounting for me, and this is so new, everything is still "theory" as to how/if it works as designed.

While others are "Cars have to be within 5.25 inches of the yellow parking line designating your parking space".I have a feeling if they have that in their Bylaws or rules you are going to have a difficult time getting it changed.

If you are maxed out at 19 units doing everything yourself and looking to jump to 67, you clearly will need to bring in others to help you out ( i.e. manager, maintenance, design your systems and processes).
