There is the New England REIA in Chelmsford, Justin Silverio's quarterly meet-up in Reading, Black Diamond in Waltham and Worcester just to name a few.  

Welcome Jesse..This is a great community and you will learn a lot..To connect with local investors make sure to check out the local REIA's..Black Diamond Event is one of them and it's taking place tomorrow.

Going just a little north you should check out the Black Diamond meeting in Waltham too.  

It helps you learn to spot the "diamonds" yourself.I understand the economics of why real-estate agents can't really take every investor to a hundred properties, but looking at lots of properties (especially with an experienced agent pointing out the benefits & flaws) can help you decide where and what to buy.

If you haven't already attended a local REI event, I would highly recommend you go to the Black Diamond event next week, the local AREIA's and you're welcome to attend my next Unofficial BiggerPockets Networking Event in December.
