If it happens to enough people, that starts a trend, which can turn into a movement, etc.Not telling you what to do but with the funds you have, I would think you would be better served by investing with a syndicate (or three).

I did texture it to match the rest of the room, but the movement of the panels make it a problem.Short answer: if it's in good shape, paint it.

I trade Futures online in the mornings for Daily Cash Flow, tax-free, in my Roth IRA and the whole idea is to able to see the price movement and the Waves when they are low and Buy or high and Sell in the short term.

And has any historical correlation been coincidental or is there a theory of why real estate price movements and stock market price movements would be correlated?  

This allows you and your investors the opportunity to maximize return on property movement, defer taxes completely with 1031 exchanges, and pay capital gains rates rather than ordinary income rates on those you don't 1031.  

It's plain to see that the legality of this issue is clouded in the chain of movement of mortgage AFTER assignments.

I'd say sit down with your partner and hash out the best options based on different circumstances (re: market movement, company interest, rehab needs for a new tenant at a higher rate, refi fees, buying a flip vs a rental, etc) and then see where the moon takes you ;)Good luck!
