Im from the NYC and we all know how incredibly hard it is to obtain any type of properties for beginners. i worked my behind to purchase a co-op in 2017 not to far from the city and  lucky for me the board accepts renting after 3 years which is coming up soon.

We also are not interested in using a Co-signer if we can avoid it. 

I am looking to place a brand new mobile home on lot within co-op( I own the shares)Should I pay for the mobile home with cash, or should I finance the house ($53,000) Also, Can you refinance a mobile home within a co-op?

Get a full time Real Estate agent,  down payment for your first deal and keep working on your credit.Good contractor, Maybe a co signer on first deal, and win that Power ball!!!!

The person who referred me to Bridge is actually a co-founder of this company.

She came back and offered to provide a co-signer and I said no.

I end up gave them 2 choice, either 2x deposit, or get a co-singer to bring the average credit score above 650.

Yes we are working on a co habitation agreement with a lawyer. 

The other option as mentioned above is using a co-signer.

The reason for this is the property is bisected by theCMA, Coastal Management Act, and requires an ACOE, Army Corp Of Engineersreview to build on it.
