there is nothing there, I own rentals in Merrill, Antigo, Elcho, Rhinelander and Woodruff, if I was going to do STR it would be Minocqua, St Germane Eagle River of Three Lakes, Tomahawk is dead and now dying with Harley Davidson dying a slow death.

Anyway, the silver lining was that the property was worth more without a structure on it because it was in a historical district.

I just sold a house in Hearthstone Place for $145K, and I have my eye on 3 homes in that area that need work and on the market for $119K to $130K.Inside the beltway there are nice developments along Windfern and in Silver Lake Trails.

I'm gonna sound like a "Doomsday Prepper" but food, water, sustainable farming, gold, silver and real tangible assets, (not paper assets) are going to be the only thing that matters in the future IMO.
