Door knobs and fixtures

Hi BP community and friends! Closed on my first rental and now in rehab mode. Seller painted walls grey, doors and trim white. The kitchen cabinets are the old brown color. I'm painting cabinets white and plan on using silver colored handles and hinges. The interior door knobs, interior light fixtures and ceiling fans are gold colored. Everything work and functions. The house is in a desirable and clean neighborhood. Replacing the hardware and fixtures will go above my planned budget. Does replacing having matching hardware and fixtures throughout the house matter for tenants? Does having bedroom door knobs with locks matter?  Thanks in advance for any help.
