Thank you so much, God bless, Nav We are seeing quality value add opportunities in River Side, Lockport, Kaisertown, Lovejoy, and Black rock.There are other opportunities in North Buffalo and the Caz park district of South Buffalo, but they are more competitive and have really tight cash on cash returns.

If I could tell a deal was a real Glengarry Glen Ross lead all wrapped up in a golden bow then sure maybe I’d consider waiving contingencies to get it, but all I ever got from them was expired MLS listings that had been marked up above the list price they had failed to sell for (total junk).
