@Mitch JorgensenWhile I like the idea of companies such as legal zoom, your phrasing of questions makes me think there is probably a lot you don't know.

Over flow areas South of San Jose or East of Livermore will always be dependent on what happens in the Bay Area, but I would not consider part of the Bay Area proper.The issue I have is that people lump everything that they don't understand into the catch all phrase of "technology". 

Honestly to me this just comes down to the typical old phrase of making the money when you buy the property.

I heard the best way to start is either partner with someone experienced or wholesale to gain experience.I realize I phrased my question wrong.

Divorces - in my experience - have been really hard to work with and logic is out of the window, however there should be a way to use emotions to get the deal done, although I havent found it yet OR to phrase your words to make them logical however this hasnt worked in my experience. 

I invite you to Google "Creating a LLC or S Corp in _____," "Division of Corporations in _____," or another phrase.

You can phrase it saying I wish you all lost your stuff.

Do a simple google search for phrases such as "the myth of wage stagnation" and start reading the truth.
