locals that's one thing OOS that's a whole nother kettle of fish and that kettle usually has a strong odor.

Lights strung through the trees would be cool.Anyplace close to water especially if there is a bubbling brook sound.Bonus would if you could fish, swim, kayak, go tubing etc.

Rockport is known for fishing, bird watching, and hunting.

sewer scope should run U about 100 to 150 max.I htought you said the other items in the house were new.. if they are just newer then thats a different kettle of fish.. good luck and remember this is BP your getting advice from those that dont live or work anywhere near this asset..  

I know how this can go because I am an experienced fly fisherman, and whenever a fishing rookie posts something dumb in a fishing forum, people lambaste them.

I appreciate that I might not be a big fish just yet, and a lot of lenders are really looking for someone who has larger deals and deeper pockets.
