Basically only base cabinets and finish work left, but Home Depot thought the 2 month delivery time wasn’t enough, they also hit me with a wrong cabinet on the base as well.

There is also a new giant warehouse for Amazon fulfillment center, which is about to be open this year in summer of 2019 in Burlington that will employ around 600 employee plus other possible on-demand delivery jobs for contractors.  

Also was a delivery driver for Nestle out of Chatsworth and Carson so I would say to check out Encino or Tarzana area if you want to stay in the Valley.  

During the weeks while I was working I would schedule for my brother to do pickups and deliveries for me.

All delivery, cleaning, and payment would be handled by my company so it would be no additional work for the host.I have one STR property in GA and have gotten good feedback on the idea from my last few guests, but wanted to see if other hosts would find the service valuable enough to offer to their own guests.Any feedback, positive or negative, would be super helpful.

So, at the end, say there are no toilets in stock anywhere, and are out 4 weeks for delivery.

So, hand delivery, or posting on the main (or all) entrances are usually the preferred methods.
