One of the things I noticed is that the furnace will have a smaller diameter input, so a reducer is used, and there is also a tee and at least three inch drip leg; those are all going to be "hard pipe" pieces - so maybe at that point it is better to stay with hard pipe (I believe it is less costly).And hard gas pipe is not going to have the same vulnerability with lightning strikes as with CSST. 

I know some may take exception, but equity lenders, who do not consider credit issues are already one step toward predatory and away from prudent lending practices.....that's not saying they are predatory, saying that not considering a person's ability to repay the debt is a strike against them in defending fair dealing issues.

Sure you 'could' spend $50k on repairs but that strikes me as a higher side of repairs.  

That way u have the Multifamily thing in your back pocket when the time is right to strike.

However, I am a people's person and I'm not afraid to strike up conversations and get to know people, which I think may be a good trait for a sales person..A part of me wants to take the plunge, get my license, and quit my job.. but I heard real estate agents are usually broke for months before getting anything.

It's not really fair to strike fear and panic in people over a default judgement. 

I have a toddler and it’s all about striking that balance and planning for our future and luckily my wife is fully onboard as well.

There also happens to have a nursing strike going on at the moment.

At law, owners are favored over buyers, that means as a wholesaler you have 2 strikes against you walking in the door of any courtroom, you don't want to be doing anything that can lead you there!

Sounds like an ideology - strikingly similar to early 20th century eugenicists....
