If they are investing in your project based solely on trust in you, and if the project goes sideways, and they hire an attorney to come after you, the first thing their attorney will look into is were they sophisticated enough to make a decision on their investment and did you follow the SEC guidelines in raising capital, especially if you have more than one person investing.

if they actually ever get anything leased) owners got paid on the 10th what was in their account less reservesone of the PMs actually charged for "payroll" which I think was 500/moone of them charged for advertisingone had a 500 cancellation fee  - the other no cancellation fee (for owners to cancel the contract) I beg you can find a lot of this info by looking at PM websites as lots of them list pricing
