there is something coming on the market we are working on that will be so much more robust than these programs franklythe programs your talking about are essentially geared around buying cheap desert properties and then selling on terms. nothing more nothing less.. what we are working on you can use in Portland and make big bucks.. not this buy for 2k to sell for 6k on terms LOL

But consider this: if an alcoholic was sobering up and not feeling well as a result, would you give him a round of shots to make him feel better in the immediate or encourage him to fight the feelings of withdrawal and enter treatment?

With the trust, the protections will not be as robust. 

This will definitely be something we look to add in the future as we make our search product more robust!

The numbers just haven't made sense for us, although it's entirely possible/probable that deals are out there and our deal funnel just isn't robust enough. 

I am surprised there is not a more robust discussion on this topic.
