I live out of country and am open to opportunities in other states although South Florida is just an 1 hour and a half flight away.

He works near Raleigh on a flight medic team, but is pretty available should I need him to do anything for me.

It's a growing economy, prices are in our range, it's a fairly close drive/flight for us and, here's why I'm leaning there, my parents are retired there.My questions:What are some of the big hurdles that you have found doing out of state RE?

All those 1950s investors who followed the trend absolutely struggled through the 1960s and 70s, wondering why they never anticipated white flight, the decline of American manufacturing, and southern migration.

First Citizens Bank here I come...And you're right, my 9-5 is a hotel job where I have access to internet, printers, fax machines, etc. and several flight attendants looking for crash pads.

My point here is offer something or at the very least take the time to prepare questions and take action on what they share with you.OK, I'm going long here, but last point - take action and adjust while in flight.
