Purchased my first vacation rental property retail a few months ago in the ft lauderdale area and am interested in investing in other flips or buy and hold to rent. I live out of country and am open to opportunities in other states although South Florida is just an 1 hour and a half flight away. I am open to hearing about opportunities as I learn more about the process.
