As Brian mentioned the Black Diamond meetings in Waltham (2nd one in Worcester) are great.  

We also have a free networking event at Black Diamond, we get 100+ per meeting, URL in my signature, the next event is in Waltham on Tuesday, you are most welcome.

For reference, the LVP bid was about $6.15 / sqft installed.For $6.15sqft I can get the best HW floor co to do the best full sanding, best re-stain, best 3 coat poly with diamond coat which is basically gorilla glass for floors including warrantied against pet claws.

Besides that the Black Diamond meeting in Waltham is a great one to get out to.

If you haven't found one, I would recommend Diamond Roofing contractors, who has always had the best price for us.

Not sure what ones you attend but if you aren't going to any the first one you should check out is the Black Diamond meeting in Worcester (2nd meeting in Waltham).  

Might be worth trying them, if you haven't already.You could also ask in a local real estate investment group such as RI Real Estate Investors Group (RIREIG) or Black Diamond REI.
