Hello,

For many months I have come across BiggerPockets when I search online for questions. Often these forums pop up but I never click around the website besides just reading the post and the comments. One day I started to click around and realized there was a whole community for real estate investors! I joined this week and started posting comments today.

I'm a comparatively experienced investor and own more than a dozen rental units. I focus on problem properties and properties with tenant issues. I have a solid eye for a deal.

I own one small quasi commercial and property (mobile home park) but I want to make the transition into actual commercial property. I hope that my research and connections here will help lead me in that direction.
