I think Canadians are fine, but I know we in Florida recently had laws passed against citizens of some countries owning property in the state. 

Looks like only residents with Citizens Insurance will be mandated. 

We like a lot of others on here experienced the rash of cancellations from Covid starting in March and we completely shut down our cabin for the month of April so as to be good community citizens when the local leaders asked people to stay home.

John it's funny I am in a class that the Hendersonville Sheriff's Dept puts on annually--it brings citizens up to speed about what the dept values, how it functions, etc.

It is Citizen's Energy way of updating the infrastructure and passing the cost on.

If you don't register they have fines for you to pay.The city is also looking at following several other Missouri cities in requiring a business license to hold rentals and have some sort of inspection policy - we got it pushed so it will not be on the November 7th Ballot, but we see it coming back around in the Spring.Missouri Property Owners Association = a group of associations and concerned citizens are working to change state law so that a blanket inspection policy cannot be 100% enforced without the consent of the tenant.
