Camera on the front porch (ring flood light) to make sure people aren't bringing more people than they paid for -although one of the biggest mistakes you can make is actually looking at the damn camera as it won't create wealth; yet it's addicting.

They should be able to locate on the surface where the issue is, so that you can see if its where work was being done on their property and also they should be able to put a camera down the pipe to see what kind of issue there is.
