In fact, here it is:https://www.dca.ca.gov/dca/publications/landlordbo...A book you should own is this one:http://www.nolo.com/products/the-california-landlo...It was my bible and I used their contracts, too, which are included.When tenants start threatening to sue or take legal action, it's best to remain calm and just say that if they choose to do that, that's fine, and you'll be happy to abide by the judge's decision if they decide to take the matter to court.

Hi All,After inspecting the attic and talking to the tenants, who were generally very calm about it, I discovered a thin layer of soot from the original sheathing material on most everything in the attic.The main thing that is claimed as ruined is a baby mattress for the crib, which I offered to replace.

This shows that the dog has been tested by official evaluators that the dog not only knows basic commands, but that he/she reacts calmly to situations such as people carrying objects, other dogs, walking through crowds, etc.
