So, you can calm down.Your insurance covers your property.  

So, if you were at least difficult to find, their tempers should have calmed down by then.

Hi All,After inspecting the attic and talking to the tenants, who were generally very calm about it, I discovered a thin layer of soot from the original sheathing material on most everything in the attic.The main thing that is claimed as ruined is a baby mattress for the crib, which I offered to replace.

This shows that the dog has been tested by official evaluators that the dog not only knows basic commands, but that he/she reacts calmly to situations such as people carrying objects, other dogs, walking through crowds, etc.
