If one misses you could have another slot like 30 minutes later so that trip and appointment process isn't a total waste of your time.

I'm in the national guard, and typically work in a full time status, but because I'm working through the commissioning(~promotion) process, I'm unable to work for the short term future until I get a reservation for a training slot and complete the training.

If they forget to text me and simply show up, I  know they can't follow instructions.And sometimes I'll just do a general time slot, "11:00am saturday, bring a check, there will be others besides you there", be there or be square. 

I love RE and will be doing deals for as long as I possibly can. 

So each builder is working on a calendar that has a certain capacity of builds, they are saying WHAT builds do I give a slot for, because each slot has 20 different projects begging to be it.

What I mean by this is, do you love real estate investing so much that you're willing to do this full-time and deal with all of the **** that comes with wholesaling, flipping, marketing, accounting, finances, and much more?

Prospects get more time-slots and we don't need to use our time to do showings.

I love real estate and have a couple rentals with good cash flow, but know very little on flipping and wholesaling besides lots of youtube videos.

for cash flow you may want to consider duplex and or 4 plex.. the same mortgage slot you use up for a SFR can buy you 2 to 4 doors..
